Draft Revisions to Comprehensive Plan (2023 Interim Update)
The Common Council adopted the amended Comprehensive Plan on December 5, 2023, replacing the 2018 Comprehensive Plan.
This webpage shows the revisions proposed through the 2023 Comprehensive Plan Interim Update process. Visit the Comprehensive Plan website for more information and to view the updated Plan.
Instructions:
Each proposed revision is noted with a blue interactive overlay shaped like a circle. Click on those blue circles to read more about each revision. Propsed text revisions that include longer revisions to a section of text are noted with a magnifying glass icon , whereas simpler revisions are noted with an asterisk in the blue cirlce.
Use the Guided Tour feature to navigate through to the more significant proposed revisions to the Plan.
The document is split into two parts, due to file size. To swtich between Part 1 and Part 2, click the dropdown at the bottom of the screen or use the blue 'Previous' and 'Next' arrows.
Click the Full Screen buttonto open a larger window for viewing.
